My husband and I are very happy with our home. We have had such a good experience that we are telling everyone . So far all of our friends and family have been impressed with our home. We purchased an 32 X 84, 4 bed 2 bath home. Mr. Miller gives a personal touch to all sales. He personally inspects the property where the home will sit and gives advise on the best location to set the home down and any additional foundation prep need and financing available to us. Mr. Miller answered all of our questions and assisted us in anyway he could. I feel our home is built better than a stick built and at a lower cost. Travis asked us several questions and showed us different models based on what we were looking for. Not once did I feel I was imposing or wasting his time . Travis also would answer any questions we had. If he was not sure about something he knew who to call to get the answers. He sat down with us to pick out a color scheme for the house. Travis even called the manufacturer to ask if what I wanted would look good and match the rest of home . We have been in our home for several weeks now and Mr. Miller and Travis still answer any questions we have and handle any problems that we have encountered with the home . So far those problems have been limited to the moving of and settling of the trailer and an adjustment to my center island . Mr. Miller, Travis, and Sunshine Homes are awesome. We had a great experience .

My experience with Miller Homes was one of ease. Gary Miller especially went above and beyond to help everything come together as my home was being purchased, delivered, and set up. He was also able to assist in combining everything I would need to start mt homestead all into one payment. I would not have been able to afford everything separately but Gary was able to find a way so that I could have one payment instead of several thousand dollars up front for a septic tank, well, and meter pole for power. Not only did he assist with making everything affordable, but also he assisted in other processes such as getting a new 911 address for me homestead and with the health department permit. He always communicated with me throughout the entire process so I would always know what was going on and feel comfortable with the plans being made. Gary and his associates were always prompt, reliable, and dependable from start to finish. Gary even came out to my land with me before the process started just to see how it was laid out and where exactly would be the best place for the mobile home to be located. It was such a pleasure working with Mille Homes and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new home
